Cowboy Quality Beef Co. started as a dream for Chase Martin and Lilee Chevalier, a young couple passionate about ranching and raising quality beef. While still students at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, we saw an opportunity to share the beef we raise with families who care about the safety and quality of their food.
Backed by Family roots, we raise, finish, and personally deliver premium beef from our pastures to you. Every animal is bred, born, and finished under our care, ensuring unmatched quality and transparency.
Our goal is simple: To connect your families with the people and places behind their food. To bring you the same quality beef that the cowboys eat.
